Down-payment & Cancellation conditions

Down payment

We ask for a down payment of 30% of the total arrangement price at the time of booking
within one week by bank transfer or Visa/Master-Card.

The remaining amount is to be paid on site on departure in cash, by ATM (EC card) or by Visa/Master Card.

Cancellation conditions

You have the option of cancelling or postponing your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival (processing fee € 73 / booked room).

Up to 2 weeks before arrival (14 - 8 days), 30% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fee.
Up to 1 week before arrival (0 - 7 days), 100% will be charged as cancellation fee for bookings of 1 - 3 nights.
For bookings of 4 - 7 nights, 4 full nights will be charged.
For bookings of 8 nights or more, 6 full nights will be charged.
In the event of late arrival / early departure, the entire stay will be charged on each travel date.

Place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.

Changed cancellation conditions for prize vouchers, Greenstorm vouchers and cooperation offers

If you cancel your reservation up to 4 weeks before arrival (up to 28 days), you can postpone your vacation during the period of validity of the voucher. A processing fee of € 73 will be charged.
If you cancel your reservation up to 2 weeks before arrival (0 - 14 days), the voucher expires.
The same applies to late arrival or early departure.

Place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.

You have the possibility to cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival (processing fee € 73) or to postpone.
If you cancel 27 - 15 days before arrival, 30% of the total arrangement price will be charged as cancellation fee.
If you cancel 14 - 8 days before arrival, 70% of the total anrrangement price will be charged as cancellation fee.
If you cancel 7 - 4 days before arrival, 90 % of the total arrangement price will be charged as cancellation fee.
If you cancel 3 - 0 days before arrival, 100 % of the total arrangement price will be charged as cancellation fee.
In the event of late arrival / early departure, the entire stay will be charged on each travel date.

Travel cancellation insurance ... for all eventualities

Because something can always happen, children might fall ill unexpectedly and you can't go ahead with your booking. In order to be covered for any cancellation fees incurred, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
