Fortunately, the household dust mite cannot survive at altitudes above 1,700m sea level as the air is too dry. The same is true for mosquitoes and ticks because it is never humid. A range of special microfiber blankets and pillows ensure hotel guests sleep comfortably without worrying about triggering their allergies to downs.
Your room is available from 3:00 pm
On departure day you should vacate your your room by 11:00 am so the cleaning service can prepare the room before the arrival of the next guest.
You start your booked Alm inclusive package with the lunch snack on the day of arrival OR end it with the lunch snack on the day of departure. You are welcome to book a lunch snack in addition.
Subject to availability, your room/apartment is available for an early check-in or late check-out for an additional charge.
All our rooms feature the same facilities and differ only in size: bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, telephone, safe and bathrobe.
Are available at the reception and programmed to your mobile phone number. Whenever your child cries, your phone rings.
However, apps (like e.g. Babyphone 3G) allow you to check your little one's sleep from one mobile device to another.
All rooms with lake view also have a balcony.

You will receive confirmation of the treatment appointments at check in. At the hotel, you can make your reservation at the reception.

Transfer for an extra charge is available from Klagenfurt airport, Spittal/Millstättersee train station or St Veit or Villach train station (each approx. a 60 minutes' drive).

Are provided in our room if you are traveling with a baby.
Are permitted in the lobby, in the hotel bar and in your room. They are not allowed in the restaurant and the pool area. The cleaning fee for your room is EUR 20 /day per dog.

Cancellation of your hotel stay in the event of illness or accident is covered.
We closely cooperate with the Falkert ski school www.skischule-falkert.at. A ski instructor visits the Heidi Hotel every Sunday to provide our guests with the most relevant information. Ski instruction can also be booked directly on the spot. The group ski courses are scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Even the youngest guests are professionally taken care of by instructors who come to our hotel and teach them their first turns in the snow on the hotel's own ski lawn right next to the terrace. The older ones take the fun skidoo taxi transfer back and forth to the ski school just 200m away.
Private lessons can arranged at any time.
In view of the current situation, we would like to accommodate you with our cancellation/deposit regulations (as of 20.01.2021)
You have the possibility to cancel or postpone free of charge up to 14 days before arrival (processing fee € 73,--).
Up to 2 weeks before arrival (14 - 8 days) 30% of the travel price will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Up to 1 week before arrival (0 - 7 days), 100% cancellation fee will be charged for bookings of 1 - 3 nights. For bookings of 4-7 nights, 4 full nights will be charged. For bookings of 8 nights or more, 6 full nights will be charged.
In the event of late arrival / early departure, the entire stay will be charged on each travel date.
The place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.
You have the option to cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival
if there is a travel warning or an accommodation ban for the province of Carinthia
In this case you will receive your deposit minus the processing fee of € 73,-- refunded or a voucher in the amount of the entire deposit, which you can redeem another time with us. This voucher never expires.
