Fortunately, the house dust mite cannot survive above an altitude of 1,700 metres above sea level. The air is too dry. The same applies to mosquitoes and ticks because it is never humid. We have special microfibre duvets and pillows for people allergic to down.

You start your booked Alm inclusive package with the lunch snack on the day of arrival OR end it with the lunch snack on the day of departure. You are welcome to book a lunch snack in addition.

All our rooms have the same facilities and differ only in size: bath or shower, WC, hairdryer, TV, telephone, safe and bathrobe.
The easiest "nowadays" are apps (e.g. baby monitor 3G), with which you can monitor the kids sleeping from one mobile device to the other.
We prepare matching bathrobes for all guests in their rooms. The kids also get the right size for their age. There are cosy Heidi hooded towels for babies and toddlers.

Transfer for a fee from Klagenfurt airport, Spittal/Millstättersee railway station or St Veit or Villach railway station (each approx. 60 minutes journey time).

We will automatically put them in your room if you are travelling with a baby or toddler (under 2 years).
Are permitted in the lobby, hotel bar and your room. They are not allowed in the dining room and the pool area. The cleaning fee for your room is EUR 30,- /day per dog.

You can also book courses directly here. The group courses take place weekly from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. For the little ski beginners, the ski instructors come directly to our hotel, as the course takes place on our own ski meadow next to the terrace. The older ones take the fun skidoo taxi to the ski school, which is only 200 metres away, and are brought back again.
