While the region’s natural products are genuine treasures, the small farms and food producers are committed to the highest quality. The majority of the food we use is sourced from providers and suppliers in Carinthia.

The advantages: guaranteed freshness thanks to short delivery routes, assured quality thanks to local contacts, and healthy regional specialties for meat lovers, vegetarians and those with a sweet tooth – from a gourmet breakfast buffet to a four-course dinner menu.
