Tips for your Visit

In order to make your stay with us as comfortable and relaxing as possible and also to save you unnecessary luggage, the following items are available in your hotel room:

• Bath robes for adults and children
• Personal wellness baskets with towels for the spa area
• Hair dryer
• Shower gel and shampoo

 
We furthermore supply:

• full baby equipment including cot, baby monitor connected to your mobile, changing mat, kid’s stool, toilet seat, bath tub, kitchen for preparing baby food (with bottle warmer, fridge..), prams/pushchairs
• Toboggans and sleds in winter
• Baby back carriers and walking poles
• Selection of reading material in each room
• Newspapers, magazines
• Sports shop with ski rental a mere 300 meters from the hotel
• Ski school close-by

However, don’t forget to bring:

• Passport, health insurance voucher and insurance card
• Anticipation of snow, fun and sun / pure nature, alpine pasture adventures and sun!

A tip for your winter holidays: Winter tires are obligatory in Austria. We also recommend you bring suitable snow chains if you have any, as we are situated at almost1,900 m and the possibility of snowfall is always there. Snow chains can also be hired from the ÖMTC and ADAC automobile associations.
