In order to secure reservation we ask you to make an advance payment of € 100.00 /person.

Cancellation policy

If cancellations are made until eight weeks before the date of arrival the advance payment less a handling fee of € 73.00 per reservation will be returned. If the reservation is cancelled between seven and four weeks prior to arrival the deposit is forfeited to our benefit. Cancellations made later than 28 days prior to arrival entitle us to charge the total amount less 30%. In case of unforeseen illness (except a hospital stay) we charge a deductible of 20%. The same rule applies for delayed arrival or earlier departure, for whatever cause. Court of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.

 In order to prevent unnecessary cancellation fees we recommend you take out travel insurance with the European Travel Insurance or via our hotel. http://www.europaeische.at

Dog

Holidays at Heidi-Hotel Falkertsee will also be a treat for your dog! Except in the restaurant and the wellness areas, your four legged friend is welcome in our idyllically set hotel. A dog fee of € 15.00 per day without food is charged.

Your room is already equipped with the following items and thus don’t have to be packed:
