Whether regenerative or active – holidays are not complete without the opportunity of relaxing over a good meal. Discover the delicious and varied cuisine of the Heidi-Hotel featuring a lavish breakfast buffet with piping hot bread rolls, fresh local produce and individually prepared egg dishes. At noon, a wide selection of lunch delicacies is prepared for you to enjoy to your heart’s content.
 Besides exquisite 4-course dinner menus to choose from, our kitchen team will spoil guests with hearty spare ribs feasts or culinary specialties from the farmer, and a strudel 
buffet.

The wide selection will suit everyone’s palate.  We set great store by the use of local, top-quality produce provided mainly from farmers in the Nockberge mountain region. Our child care program also includes a daily supervised children’s table where your little ones can have their meals with their new friends while giving parents time to enjoy a quiet dinner for two.
 We place great importance on healthy and balanced nutrition without forgetting our little guests’ favorites. Visitors not staying at the hotel have the opportunity to choose from our varied a-la-carte menu in the Jagd-Stüberl! Heidi’s-Weinkammerl is well stocked with a quality assortment of vintages with emphasis on excellent Austrian wines, designed to please every connoisseur.

Almgasthaus Seehütte

Located directly at lake Falkertsee with a large sun terrace, the rustic mountain inn invites Falkert visitors to enjoy hearty regional dishes including freshly caught trout or a “Wilderer-Pfandl”. The Seehütte inn is especially known for its delicious “süße Bauernkrapfen“ (sweet farm-style doughnuts)! We won’t tell you exactly what they are, you’ll just have to come by and find out for yourself!

Zirbenhütte

... is a small and relaxing spot to take a break, offering exhausted hikers a cool beer or other beverages as well as a “Brettljause“ (typical platter of cold cuts) or simply “Heidi-style“ bread and butter fresh from the mountain dairy. Don’t miss the cheese fondue or raclette, a special culinary treat and very popular among hotel guests and visitors from the surrounding huts alike. Reservations in advance are recommended. In summer, the Zirbenhütte inn is also the venue for renowned barbecue parties and Frigga feasts.

Events and celebrations

Our two inns and the hotel premises are often hired for events and special occasions such as wedding receptions, birthday parties or corporate outings, which we are pleased to cater for.
