Children’s Ski School

Within 5 days, children can learn how to make their first turns in the snow on the practice slope at the hotel’s doorstep – it couldn’t possibly be more comfortable! Ski courses with top qualified instructors are offered for all ages and levels of ability! While the tiny tots practice on the wave run and the ski lawn next to the ski school, a fenced-off area exclusively for children, more experienced skiers will enjoy either snowboarding or fun skiing activities. 



Special emphasis has always been put on providing instruction in a playful manner to the little ones from as early as age 3 by a skilled and motivated team trained to work with children. The hotel’s own “Heidi” ski lawn with magic carpet right in front of the terrace – a terrific way to watch the children’s progress close by.

Advanced to expert skiers who like the challenge of variable terrain and conditions may try one of the fantastic deep-snow runs or join a firn tour, following in the footsteps of our freeski star Flo Köfer. Gliding along high-alpine cross-country tracks is a wonderful experience and a great way to keep fit in winter. Just give it a try – and that will work best with our “pros”.

Ski courses take place from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. with plenty of time in the afternoon to regenerate, romp in the snow or go skiing with the family! That’s what we mean by “family-friendly”. For further info visit www.skischule-falkert.at
